Shipping and Returns

FREE SHIPPING

We offer free shipping within the contiguous United States on orders of $179.00 or more.

SHIPPING RATES

For orders under $179.00 we charge a flat rate depending on the product and its weight. The standard shipping selection is UPS Ground or USPS. Please bear in mind that transit times do not include weekends or holidays.

SHIPPING TIMES

Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days and will arrive within 3-10 business days after shipping. Once your order has shipped we will e-mail you with a tracking number. While most orders ship within 1-2 business days, we do occasionally have delays. Items that are drop shipped by the manufacturer may take longer to process and may take longer to arrive.

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS

Orders can only be shipped to a physical address, no PO Box allowed. A $10.00 charge will apply for address changes on packages that need to be re-routed during delivery or returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address. Please be sure that you enter the correct shipping address during checkout.

RETURNS

If you wish to return your merchandise you must request a Return Authorization within 7 days of purchase by emailing us at sales@yourdecoronline.com. We only accept returns on unused merchandise in its original condition. You will receive a full refund (less shipping) within 14 days after we have physically received the product. Products will need to be returned via a shipping service that provides tracking information. The item(s) must be returned to us with its original packaging, inserts, tags, etc. Your Decor is not responsible for shipping charges on any returns or items lost/damaged during transit. All returns are subject to Your Decor’s terms of use and will be refused if the item is not in its original condition. We do not issue refunds on products that are returned without a valid Return Authorization.

Please inspect all orders upon delivery. In the unlikely event your item arrives damaged or defective please contact us within 3 business days by emailing us at sales@yourdecoronline.com. We will arrange a replacement and a return label immediately. Digital pictures of damaged items may be needed.
